ITZ Supps (trading as In The Zone Supps, ABN to be provided) is an Australian business operating at Dyllan.sack@itzsupps.com. We sell NeuroLyte and related nutritional products to customers in Australia and internationally.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product formulations at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor packaging variations may occur.
NeuroLyte is a food supplement intended for use by healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged. We will not apply price changes retroactively to confirmed orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). If we cancel a confirmed order, we will provide a full refund.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
We ship to addresses within Australia and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers. Re-delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available at /pages/returns-refund-policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our Returns Policy.
